2. Q: As a new customer, I want to know the payment term between us.
 
Normally the following 2 terms of payment are acceptable:
1). 30% deposit by T/T when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight against shipping documents copy e-mailed to you.
2). For small order, Cash or T/T for full amount in advance.
 
3. Q: How can I get the sample and catalogue ?
 
Usually, samples are free of charge, but we still reserve the right to charge you for the sample. Freight should be paid by customer. You can find much more new products from our professional website, as we renew our series regularly. If you really want a catalogue, we will send to you the catalogue together with samples.
 
4. Q: How long is the delivery time ?
 
Vary from 30 days to 60 days, even more. Depending on the type and quantity of products ordered.
 
5. Q: What is the minimum quantity of the order ?

8. Q: Can you customize the furniture?
 
Yes. We not only sell our own products, but also can meet your OEM requirements.
 
9. Q: Are finish colors accurate?
 
We do our best to accurately show the finish colors of each piece we carry, however colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.

10. Q: Who Handles Customer Service?
 
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If you need service on furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. The manufacturer usually handles part replacements, etc. There will be a note in the literature that comes with your new furniture that will direct you who to call in the event that service or replacement is needed. If this information is not available, please contact us for assistance. We will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.

We pick our vendors very carefully. We require that they stock the furniture, package it to arrive safely and provide excellent service after the sale if needed. Also please understand that sometimes furniture does go on back order. We are entirely dependent on our suppliers to relay back order information.
